Development and Tourism

To market and recruit to the Dripping Springs area and its business community potential businesses by providing information pertinent and vital to their interests.

Programs

To provide interesting and informative programs that will benefit the membership of the Chamber in both their business and personal activities.

Finance

To accurately account for the financial activities of the Chamber, report those findings to the Board in a timely way, develop an annual budget that anticipates the Chamber’s financial activities for the year, and alert the Board to differences between the projected budget and actual financial results for the year.

Visitor’s Center

            To make the most progress possible toward preparing for the new Visitor’s Center.

Membership

To recruit and retain members and increase the value of membership in the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce.

Special Events

To plan and coordinate the special events and fundraisers of the Chamber including gathering input from the Committee and Chamber members in order to make recommendations to the Board.

Retail

            To assist retail merchants in the Dripping Springs area with strategies for promoting and increasing their business volume.
