Live Oak Child Development Center is committed to providing a learning environment for children that provides structure, hands on activities, and opportunities for growth. We believe in a positive approach to learning and discipline. Our classrooms offer children the opportunity to learn and increase both fine and gross motor skills. We have numerous activity centers so the children have the opportunity to chose what to engage in. The teachers follow a schedule and a balanced curriculum, so the children will be famaliar with what to expect next. Our center has two large shaded playgrounds that allow the children to play and explore. We also have an organic garden for the children to help water and plant new vegetables. We respect our parents as the primary providers of love, care and education to their children, but we encourage a parent-teacher approach where the needs of every child comes first in order to experience the benefits of excellent early childhood education and school-age programs. YGC supports families by creating a quality childcare program led by inspiring and loving teachers who nurture children as they learn, play and grow. Classes are available for children as young as eight weeks through age 5. We also offer before and after school care for school-age children as well as Summer Camp.
