Must hold Pump Installer license, work single phase and three phase pumps, commercial and domestic, grouting experience is preferred and CDL is a plus.

The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, have experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy, be able to manage multiple client situations, needs and inquiries simultaneously, work independently and as part of a team, develop and maintain good cross enterprise working relationships and must be proficient with Microsoft Office.  This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20-25 hours/week, working Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Hours/days may change over time.

BRANCH REPRESENTATIVES
Provide enthusiastic, professional, quality service to members and non-members. Process various inquiries and transactions as directed by properly identified members. Recommend products and services to members to enhance their quality of life. Maintain current working knowledge of the RBFCU Member Handbook, policy and procedures, and information contained in the Smart Screen. Comply with applicable regulatory laws pertaining to the credit union and internal policies and procedures. Maintain control of cash and negotiable instruments, prepare various teller reports, and escort members into designated areas when requested.

REQUIREMENTS

- High school diploma or GED required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Type 25 WPM and proficient in utilizing PC, software, and other office equipment
- Teamwork and dedication to developing strong relationships with coworkers
- Able to move up to 50 pounds and able to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Good vision (correctable), hearing, and manual dexterity
- Able to work a flexible Monday through Saturday schedule
- Must be eligible for bondability

PART TIME ASSISTANT TO MANAGER
Part time position for Self Storage facility - Responsible for assisting the onsite manager with computer and general office skills, retail and inventory, cleaning units, sweeping hallways, blowing concrete drives, renting U-Haul equipment and hooking/unhooking U-Haul trailers.  Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs.  Some travel may be necessary.  Salary DOE.  Contact Karl Grimes 512-757-3251.
